Class Details:
Discover and hone fundamental bellydance movements in an 8 week session designed for beginner to experienced beginner dancers. Classes will consist of cardio warmups, weekly introductions of new technique and reviews of previously learned technique, drills, a short dance combination, and a cooldown. No experience is necessary; dancers with experience will improve technique and explore nuances of movement.
When: Sundays 4:00pm-5:00pm beginning September 11th
